I just ordered the 2" Spacers and the Deaver Mini Pack from PRG!! $299 shipped to my work in Delta, BC, Canada!! He says they should ship out tomorrow.
Forgot to ask him about Cam Bolts and U bolts. Should I get them from PRG?

Get 'em there if you can to make is simple.

That being said, when I got mine aligned after the lift, the shope didn't need them... (see: http://thenewx.org/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=6449)

I say get them and plan to use 'em; if you don't need them, then you'll have them if you will in the future.

I thought the cam bolts were required? Not sure even what they are for. Needed to adjust the alignment?

What about the U bolts? Can you use stock - I am not doing shackles or longer shocks yet.

The cam bolts are required... if you need them

They allow the LCA to be moved in/out to set the correct camber when lifted.

I went with shackles in the rear, so I didn't touch my U-bolts. Everything I've read around here say that you should always replace them. I think someone say they're like $10... better safe then FWD.
