Man, who knew a $32 mod would make me so happy!? Put in the K&N high-performance air filter in yesterday and it's like someone let go of the chokehold on my engine! Seems so small, but I sure can tell a difference. Everyone must do this mod!

Hells yeah... I know exactly what you are talking about, now you just need to clean your throttle body like MC showed us and you will be set!

They are great.

WARNING! After cleaning do NOT over oil.

Oil Spareing! Too much oil and it will draw the oil through the filter into the rest of the intake.

Got it, oil=dooty-kaka! And throttle body cleaning is def needed, seeing as how it'll knock a lot of my stealership bill on maintenance/service prices.

I used K&N air filters in most of my vehicles for past maybe 10 years - usually notice slight increase in MPH, my 350Z I did the a NISMO CAI and noticed a bit of better breathing/HP - have to see once I get a K&N for the X or maybe just wait and get the NISMO CAI - and see how much juice is still on tap with some eaiser engine breathing - as far as oiling I usually just oil the air inlet side, not the side "towards" the engine = no probs
