2.5 ton is plenty except if you have the intention of lifting all your X in one shot...
Seriously, you'll lift easily one side at a time with a 2.5. Pick some sturdy jack stand at the same time. The floor jack is for lifting only not holding up.
These are the jack stands I bought: http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_6970_200305227_200305227
Six ton is probably overkill, but the lifting height is 14.9-23.5 inches. The frame on my OR is 12 inches from the ground, so I figured for the extra head room this would provide I went with the higher capacity stands. The 3 ton stands went from 10.9-16.4 inches. At the extreme height setting, this would just get the frame up only 4 inches more than when the truck is resting on its tires. Oh, and these stands have a security pin so they won't accidently drop if you bumped the ratchet.
