Hello everyone !
I am in a dilemma.. I am thinking on replacing the radiator on my Xterra that i just bought about a 2 weeks ago.. its 2007 and has 149k miles so I looked at the radiator today again... and it looks too new to be from 07... is there a way to tell if its been replaced already ? maybe I dont have to replace it just yet ?
Thank you

Unless it has stickers or you can find a part number that identifies it or a receipt for the work stuck under one of the seats proving replacement there will be no way to be 100% certain.

You posted in another thread that a mechanic inspected it and was of the opinion that the radiator had been replaced. None of us are in a better position to give you advice than he was.

You might try Carfax service records. Although unlikely, you may get a clue that leads to a round of investigative telephone calls which in turn leads to a shop that did the work. Stranger things have happened.

I'm sorry if that isn't the response you hoped to receive.
