How can I add my avatar?

I know, I know, I already tried to search before I open another thread.
So help me please.
I copied and pasted the link from 'my document' folder,
but I see nothing!

Can't do it from your document folder. It has to be on a server. Open up an account with Photobucket or another image hosting site and paste the image location from here....
