Hey everyone!! 1st and foremost I want to say how much I love being back in an Xterra!! :cheers: (see sig)

I'm from Long Island but I live in Spring valley for now. I'm transfering up to Boston in August. (in the USCG) I cant wait to start working on the X. I'm looking forward to talking and meeting with you guys whenever we can, and learning more about this MUCH different VQ40DE engine.

Nope! Pretty much built up. There is a mud pit behind the sheraton cross roads but that is not a legal place to go. Big fines.

Thanks to everyone who welcomed me!! :cheers: the wife and I finally made the move to MASS. and My trucks Airbag light came on. this happen to anyone else? I'm taking it to the dealer monday. but i wonder if this is a problem with many new X's???

And to start things off in line with my current avatar: Maybe the airbag was in the seat so the light went off J/K I love to mess around and you are obviously a man of good taste in that this is a second X for you!

try this. Have fun in Mass.

1. Put key in. Turn the key to ON position and watch the airbag light turn on solid (not blinking).
2. As SOON as it starts blinking, turn the key off within one second.
3. Take key out
4. Repeat steps 1 -3 three more times
5. On your fourth time turn the key and the light will go on and turn off , for good within a few seconds.
