Long time lurker here. After few incidents involving my Saab breaking down at most remote places, I have finally purchased a 2011 Xterra Pro-4x. I plan on doing long distance trips and hopefully overlanding, with my first mod being AT tires.

As for my Saab, it will stay for short distance duty.

I am in Queens as well. Are there any local trails that a stock xterra can handle?

Hmmm I was told there were few good local trails by Macy's and Cheesecake Factory that my stock X can handle.

I guess I will have to try Rausch Creek...
