Welcome fellow Mi X'er!
Thanks. Yes, I do work for Nissan. I'm an engineer at their North American Tech Center. But I was also a Nissan enthusiast before I got the job. :thumbleft:dan galusha said:Welcome to the club. So do you actually work for Nissan?
Maybe you could explain a little bit what that job entails?motor city x said:Yes, I do work for Nissan. I'm an engineer at their North American Tech Center.
I'm just here as a guy who owns an X not an official spokeperson. I actually don't have too much to do with the X in my daily job. Most of my work deals with the full-size Titan/Armada/QX56 platform. I'm not going to pretend to be an expert or anything. I'm sure there are plenty of people on this board who know a lot more about the X than I do. :dontknow:dpatton said:Maybe you could explain a little bit what that job entails?
Also, maybe make it clear whether or not you want to hear people's "gripes about the X". If you are here because you are a person who owns an X, then we shouldn't treat you differently just because you "work on the mother ship"
For example, when I get my customer survey for my 2006 X OR, I'm going to return it with a letter about some 'design issues' with the X. If you want, I can let you know my list of issues ;-)
Actually I do know him. I've worked with him on a couple projects. Small world...B Slater said:I have a friend from highschool that works as an engineer for Nissan in Detroit. His name is Ron Senakavich (sp?) I never could spell his name! You probably don't know him, but it was worth a shot!
It's not mine but that is me driving. The tech center has an SCCA racing team that I'm a part of. We run a pair of 350z's in T2 regional competition. It's my first season driving but I ended up tied for 3rd place in the Central Division.mtdewmike said:Is that your Z in your avatar?
