Here you go. Pull the blown fuse and take it to AutoZone to get a replacement. If the replacement fuse blows, get help, don't put in a bigger one. You can fry some expensive stuff.

Heater not working... As in the fan won't blow or it just blows cold air?
it wont blow at all, I replaced the motor fan, the card that you push up into the slot, and then today I put a new fuse into the fuse under the hood second to the front and its still not on. I hear the engine change a bit when I turn it on, but it wont blow or anything, so I am kinda stumped

As per your other thread, the link will take you to the troubleshooting page, and the diagram may help you keep track of what you have checked.

Hopefully this will help too. This is just a pic, because I am having a hard time finding the wiring diagram on Nicoclub.

This is for the Manual Temperature Control troubleshooting.

I understand it is cold, throwing parts at the X in hopes that it fixes it can get you frustrated. I hope it is just the relay now, if not take a second to read through the troubleshooting steps and make sure you are on the right path.

Have you checked for power at the fan/harness connection? If there is power there, the fan motor is toast.
I will have to check everything with a wire tester, I replaced the fan motor, the fuse under the hood for "Front fan", and the relay, and still nothing. I was told it was up under the dash, and I do not see any place for a fuse to go its just wires, its literally -3 outside doing this, could one of the fuses be blown in the right side panels and I'm not seeing it? I checked, do you know which numbers they are? everybody sys to look at the diagram but it does not say which #'s the heater is, its very confusing, I do not see any place up under the dash for that fuse only one under the hood labeled "Front blower". I've spent $140 so far trying to figure it out.

See page 4 (HAC-4) of the attached manual to confirm which system you have as the manual covers both the automatic climate control plus the two different manual control systems. You gotta know which you are looking at.

The remaining chapters of the service manual are available here. You may want to also download the one titled Power Supply, Ground, Circuit...

Are you aware of the fuse panel next to the glove box? Open the glove box and there is an access panel maybe 3x6 to the right of the box. Pull the cover off, there about 15-20 fuses in there.

Just so you got some heat, I'd suggest you hotwire a 12v+ tap to the power line at the blower motor, run through a toggle switch, from a 'switched' feed (power on only with key on).
I believe the power at the blower is white with a green stripe.
