The other day I actually did try to wash it - ran it through the gas station's 'deluxe' wash. When it came out, it looked great wet...but once the water evaporated it looked exactly the same. :D

Those pizza cutter tires work really well in Colorado. There's really not a lot of mud to speak of (at least where I go), and most of the trails are rocky or hard-packed dirt. I've been really happy with them. Bonus: I noticed no reduction in gas mileage. On the way back from Ouray I got almost 22 mpg on the highway!
