Front suspension noise. Please help.

Im trying to get some help. Im getting a front suspension noise. I banged the lower left A arm mount on a rock. It bent back into the A arm and bushing itself. I bent it back again with a pickle fork close to straight but now I get noises. A quiet pop is hard during slow left turns and a loud pop is heard during hard hits at slow speed, (mostly only happens off road). The vehicle only has about 700 miles on it. I banged the rock on my first tank of gas. It was peer pressure. Any advice you guys have would be great. Please check the pics. The mount, notice the bushing damage. The pics are quite a bit out of focus but the bushing seems to be getting more and more chewed up as I check day to day.

Well i can't really tell anything from the picture. Do you think you can take a couple more. [hint]- if you want to take a good picture of something close up, use the setting on the camera that has a small flower (looks like a tulip). Its for pictures of things 15" or closer.

sorry to hear that your truck has damage on it already. I cant really diagnose anything for you now. But im glad to hear that you have balls enough to take a fresh truck on the trails

Good luck with that!

Check your swaybar connect nuts. Mine have been coming loose. It's time to lock-tite the damn things I think.

It takes a 17mm open end wrench and a 17mm socket. Just make sure both sides of the link is tight. It's a shot in the dark, but when mine are loose, it makes the same type of sound.
