Hey guys,Any ideas on lights to install in those front bumper ports?
kind on a budget & want to spend more on sliders & get a real stereo installed.
I sold the stock tires finally for 375 for the 4.
That gives me about 7 bills for stuff...
I'm hoping to get to go to HardRock within the next few weeks.
Any ideas on the lights let me know.
Also anyone have a receiver with USB?
Wondering of issues before I get one.
Wheel On!

unfortunately you are out of luck with those bumper ports. only the nissan foggers will work in those holes because the design of the lights are such that the lights attach to the bumper due to the construction of the housing the lights are in. so essentially, no matter what light you get, you wont have the necessary housing for it to make it work in those holes. **unless**, you fabricate some kind of extention to the steel bumper itself that will allow for something to be mounted in there but even then it isnt so easy as the extension would have to be at an angle because the bumper doesnt sit flush with the steel one behind it.

if you are looking for oem stuff for the xterra, check out courtesy nissan's website from the forums page of this site. i have never found a better deal for dealer parts online anywhere. plus they accept the newx code for an additional 10%

dont get too discouraged. myself as well as many others have added lights to the space above where the license plate mount is on our X's. you will find more posts about that in electrical as well as exterior.

here is my attempt at foggers:
