I am looking for one tab for the dash board. I am refering to the black tabs that are put in place of buttons you may not have because of the model X you own.

If anyone has any extra, I can paypal you a few dollars and you can just stick one in an envelope.

Those tabs are really cheap. If I remember they were ~$7 from one on the online parts sites.

I think this is what you're looking for. I'm pretty sure the switch blanks that are to the left of the steering wheel and the ones on the lower center console are the same, but there are three different listed part numbers for each of the blanks.
