just traded the 04 for an 08, so I suppose I better get started on some mods. Thusfar, the new X is sporting a hood protector and Yak rack. Lot of work to catch up to my previous ride...

Transplant from North Carolina to Colorado courtesy of Uncle Sam, but this state is awesome. Any X-ers in the current vicinity drop me a note as to places I should explore. Haven't strayed too far from the Springs area yet, but looking forward to seeing what's out there.

Appreciate the advice/knowledge offered by members of this forum.

Welcome.

When we drove down to CO Spgs. to take an NRA class at the Sand Hill Police Station, it seemed like the Springs area had more people than the whole state of Wyoming.
I do agree. CO, outside of Denver metro, is a beautiful state.

Welcome...from one noob to another.

To answer your question, here's a link to a great source for trail information:
http://www.4x4trails.net/db_search.php

You can set the search parameters to find trails of prefered difficulty, location, etc.
