Hey folks,

I cracked my tail light a while back... is there a good way to reseal it? It's been working fine, I don't wanna pay for a new assembly:

My opinion.
Purchase a used taillight from a pick n pull.
Yes, you can reseal your taillight, but the cost of materials and time to do such will be close to what a used assembly would cost. If done poorly you will fight condensation which will result in electrical issues, rust, blown bulbs etc etc etc

Gotcha. I just looked up, the tail light assembly is around $120 Canadian used. What's the downside if I just leave it like it is now?

Moisture will cause rust in the lamp sockets inside the light housing.

Check Ebay for aa used tail light.
A quick search showed some as low as $35 us

A local pick n pull will often sell taillight lenses for less than $25

Is it just cracked but everything is intact - sorry I can't tell from your photo. If so cover the crack with clear epoxy. I prefer bob smith's 2 part. Its really clear - you will hardly notice it.

You can then keep the Bob Smiths epoxy around to fix countless other things so its a win win.
