In this months issue Feb. 07 of Four Wheeler magazine they have an article on these new DOT approved Centerline I.C.E. Run Flat wheels.

They also have a tire buyers guide, and lots of other articles of subjects we have been talking about. You'll also notice they say for a Daily Driver, stay away from oversize tires for MPG reasons as well as wear and tear on the axle-shafts in the sister magazine 4X4 garage. They said there, that over time running the larger size tires they experienced the axle-shafts flexing over 180 degrees. (And that is the point where they just change them out) A problem you are unlikely to have sticking to stock size and weights. Dee dee dee! I have 285 75 16's! Two good magazines loaded with info on the shelf now. MC

I think the tire guide is a waste of space. You can get all that info from the net or the ads in the magazine. Really earth-breaking news, a picture and the companies contact info.
