What happened while you were at the dealership: new rear end covered under warranty
Would you go back for future service: Yes, ABSOLUTELY!!!!
Would you recommend this dealership to your mother: Yes, 1000 times over

Comment: this actually happened twice! Once was their own fault for not catching a bad harness after rebuilding my truck when I got hit. Second time no one knows why it did it. The first time the bad harness took out the diff lock sensor in the rear end and they did not have the tools to access/change it.

Why you brought it in for service/repair: VDC and SLIP light illuminated, air bag light blinking.
What happened while you were at the dealership: Service dept had the "VDC and Slip" lights reset. Air bag light was due to a bad module, held car for 4 days because of the item needed to be delivered and air bags would not deploy if involved in a crash. Gave me $35 a day for a rental and everything was covered under warranty Good service

Why you brought it in for service/repair: Emergency repair during the East Coast Xterra Challenge - all bolts holding 4wd hub to the wheel hub sheared
What happened while you were at the dealership: Explained the situation to the service manager (at ECXC, not from area, needed bolts extracted or new wheel hub assembly if not extracted). She put me to head of the service line, and got me in the shop within about 20 minutes. The mechanic extracted all six bolts and replaced them. The bill was very reasonable for the time involved.
Would you go back for future service: Yes, I would if they were in my area.

Comments: THey gave me a really nice Armada for a loaner! Less than 900 miles on it :). Have been doing business with them for many years - only dissapointment in past has been not helping with TITAN when the transfer case started showing metal chips... just two months after out of warranty!

Why you brought it in for service/repair: Alignment after suspension install
What happened while you were at the dealership: I showed the tech what I had altered on the suspension, and showed him the adjustment points. They performed the alignment, and treated me wonderfully as usual. I have a friend that works there so that may be why they treat me good, but regardless I've never had a problem there.
Would you go back for future service: Yes, this was my 2nd time bringing the truck in for service there.

Why you brought it in for service/repair: went to get help with Nissan parts for a DIY job.
What happened while you were at the dealership: guy helped me find pricing on someonthing and let me know everything i needed for an install. went back later in the week to buy mounting hardware for fog lights. he charged me for the two clips, and gave me a handful of other stuff for no charge. went to the cashier and everything ended up being free anyway bc i had $15 of service credits after buying my pontiac there a few years ago.

Would you recommend this dealership to your mother: yes.

i have bought a car here (used pontiac) with my mother!... they serviced the pontiac as well and i had no issues. shopped for an xterra here (it sold within a day so i went elsewhere) and this week i went in twice for parts questions and they were super helpful. i have not gotten my X serviced here yet- I most likely won't unless its something that is Nissan specific, as i have my own Mechanic, but if i do, i'll definitely update this!

Why you brought it in for service/repair: Yrly Inspection , Hole In Cat, Oil Change and Tire Rotation
What happened while you were at the dealership: Everything completed in about 3 hrs, Mechanic informed me there was no hole in the Cat, it was in the cover/chroud. Put it back on the lift to show me (much clearer view than on my back, while in my driveway)

I have been dealing with this location for almost 4 years now. They are quick, clean, know what they are talking about, and point out things to "keep an eye on" when needed. The parts department is easy to deal with, and has had everything I've needed in stock or, worst case, the next morning.
