Just finished mounting a set of KC's in the grill. A little cutting and stiffening required, but overall, not a bad location.

Thought you guys might want to see what a set looks like tucked in the grill.

A lot of guys have ran lights in that location. Search around the electrical section and you'll see the different methods used.
Looks good. Shame it's not an easy addition (bolt and go).

Any vibrations while going down the road?

Not that I can see, although I haven't used them enough to say for sure. They do vibrate slightly if you grab a hold of them so it wouldn't surprise me.

I cut away enough of the plastic grill to move them as far back as possible for additional support and anchoring, and built a sizable doubler plate between the base of the lights and the grill structure to keep them put but the lights are fairly heavy.

I'll likely add some roof lights…lighting is a lot like body ink - the more you get, the more you want!
