Clutch start cancel feature for non-OR models

Thought I would create a separate thread for this one, just to grab a little bit more attention.

Unless there is something unusual/different on vehicles sold in Canada, every 4WD truck with a MT I've ever owned in the past 30 years, has had the Clutch Start Cancel (Bypass) Switch.

My 04 X MT didn't have one.
