Chile Challenge 2008: The Chile Challenge will once again be held at the Fairgrounds just southwest of Las Cruces, NM. Several people will arrive on Tuesday (the 19th), trail ride the next 4 days, and return home on Sunday (the 24th). There's usually a catered meal on both Friday and Saturday evenings; and several thousands-of-dollars of prizes will be raffled off after the Saturday evening meal. You MUST pre-register for your trails; and the good ones usually fill up fast. Left-click on the "General Information" and "Chile Challenge Trails" links below for more information. Right-click on the Registration Form and "Save Target As" to download it to your computer. Mark your calendar now for this not-to-miss event!

Um, I think very few people on this board have vehicles capable of attending this event. I here horror stories about all the stuff people break out there every year.

I would love to go, but there's no way the truck will have armor on it by then. The easy trails look fun, as long as you have rock pro.

I posted it for info sake - some members have other vehicles besides there Xterra that they use for wheeling. Also there are some easier trails listed and you can still have some fun. You don't have to try to take your Xterra out and trash it on the hardest trail it isn't designed to be used on.

Flip a coin, it's up to you what trail you want to use or what is fun to you.
