I ordered my NP17571 adjustable control arm UCA from Calmini on May 5th after I emailed them and was told that they were in production and that the delivery would be in 3 weeks. I waited a whole month and then decided to ask questions.

I was told every time I asked that they would ship the next week.

After 3 months like this I received my UCAs and they are bad. The hole for the ball joint has been cut way too big. There is almost no meat left to hold the bolts.

Im waiting to figure out what they will do with this now :violent1:

Here is a picture of the actual UCA on Calmini's web site, notice the hole for the ball joint:

Here is mine now:

I hope they have a spare

Dang thats no Bueno, hope it all turns out well. Some members are selling spc control arms, and someone had total choas control arms floating around if you decide to jsut get a refund and go another route.
I will have to return them for sure. I had to use a 15 inches adjustable wrench to screw the helm joints in.
Wow - that sucks, mate. Surprised that Calmini's fitment issues continue, it's been at least three years that Xterra folks have waited for them to get it right.

If it's any help, I had great success with my Light Racing UCAs from Nisstec. They fit, were easy to adjust and worked brilliantly on the trail.

Plus, they'll save you some coin…

Good luck with getting everything sorted out.

I can second the Nisstec arms. Ball joint design is brilliant and allows for fine tuned adjustments. Hope you can get your cash back and go with a higher quality product.
I didnt get a reply after I sent an e-maiI wednesday so I called thursday and was told to wait that they were looking into it and they would call me back before the end of the week for sure. I did not get any call.
IMHO this company should be added in the ''Beware of''!!!
Received a replacement today and they sent exactly the same ones with the same problems.
I called M. Kramer at Calmini and he insulted me, told me to screw myself and told me that if I'm not satisfied with this I can return them, pay the shipping and the 20% restocking fee. What a bunch of a$$.
I will never do business again with Calmini, worst company ever...

Cant beleive they treat customers like this.
that sucks. See if you can dispute it via your CC company or somethign.
I'm so mad right now, on top of this when I called them, that M Kramer even made a racist comment because I'm french and I have an accent. He told me" if your not fuc... happy frenchee you can return them, pay the shipping back and 20% restocking fees" WOW! They really have a lot of respect for their customers!
This may be an incorrect observation but your first picture looks as if you are fitting the ball up side down. This is just going by their picture as opposed to the one you posted
It looks like to me the balljoint has changed and they made the hole bigger to accommodate that.

Those bolts will see very little stress, I would run them.
