Calmini has Lost my Business

I ordered a a set of ubolts on the 11th. Told that they were in stock. Called them back last week and was told it would ship Friday. Called back Monday and they said they were waiting on buts for the ubolts and would ship Wednesday. Called back today to cancel my order and the sales guy was very rude. He kept interrupting me. Told him I was not planning to do business with them again. I was told that they didn't care because they had plenty of business. Anyway, I wanted to share that with you guys. If they have plenty of business then they don't need yours either, right?

O'rileys has some I can have at my local store by tomorrow so, I think I am good. I live in a small town and the closest spring shop would not be open after I get off work.
I know I will be researching everyone I buy from before I buy from now on. The email I got from them says they never billed my card but I have not yet verified that. I don't mind a delay in shipment. As a business owner I know things can be delayed but I never make a promise, twice, and not follow through. It is really upsetting to be lied to by someone who is in business. Lesson learned.
