I thought we'd just take an overall look to the wheels that should fit on our X's w/ or w/o spacers, but i know that truly fitting means w/o them (thats all i want on my truck n e ways but other people might not mind spacers/adapters)

add away

so you want to make an empty thread into a sticky? nothing useful has been posted yet. :blackeye: :blackeye: :blackeye:

but i do agree, there should be a sticky thread that lists all the proven wheel options. to facilitate quicker referencing of the information.

I know for a fact these will fit. I had them on my truck with 285/75 BFG ATs, but I needed a one inch spacer. I did however have some minor rubbing even after getting lifted. The third picture shows how tight the back side of the front wheel well is to the tire. I got mine from Summit Racing and I think I got 4 for about $220.

The predator wheels look great. Of course I missed out on the 85.00 deal, oh well.

Just have to get some more side jobs.

I like the look of black steel wheels also, but the weight and needing to run spacers is keeping me away from them.

As MC said in a previous post you don't want to put undo stress on your bearings.

I have to run spacers on the Mustang when I run the skinnies on it and I hate it but don't have a choice.

The MB wheels fit as indicated by 8 page threads. Gunner 6 and the Predator have been proven. Here's
Question: This rim is listed with the Gunner 6 and Predator as being the same size - so with they also fit with 285s on our xterra's. This one is only $60.oo per unit.

Highly possible, don't see why it wouldn't. The thing about these prices are that they are a wheel made specifically for Discount Tire and kind of reflect the range of wheels back in the day occupied by Eagle, Prime, Epic, etc. Fortunately for us, as technology and design progressed, the cheaper wheels still look really good and are pretty solid. But i've gotten over that stage of wheels=status and I reccomend the MBs. I'd say give that one a try...same manufacturer, same size...probably fits and won't hurt the wallet.

are those 162 or 17s?
That X is HOT!
I beleive they are 16X8 with Goodyear MT/R (285x75) and I do have to admit that they do look very sharp and better then the Predator rims.
