If you have ever been on the trails pulling yourself back on your feet, you understand that the most important factor about tough situations is getting out of them faster. Winches are made for guys, who seem to always swerve towards the closest mud hole. We offer both hydraulic- and electric-powered winches in all sizes and designs to fill any winching need from 2,500 pounds of pulling power up to almost 20,000 pounds. Winches we sell are equipped with multiple gears that make the most out of each unit's ability and allow pulling at slower speeds when more control is needed or at faster speeds when rapid pulling is best. To learn more you can visit Winches section at CARiD.com.

I must have missed the hundred pound winch. I'd kind of like to see that.
The Warn shown above in the op is 98 lbs. Rounding to 100lbs isn't a stretch.

I have the ARB. Winch fits great and I have the control box mounted on the bumper so it's easy to reach and the clutch lever is easy to reach through the hole in the top of the bumper once you clock it 90 deg.

I know the ARB is not everyones taste so I don't want to hear any complaints from people about my choice for my truck. (not directed at you TN but I know there are some people who will bit#h about it as soon as you mention ARB bumper).

"Spydura" is a goofy brand name. But then again "Dyneema" isn't much better. Clearly "Amsteel" had the best PR department.

The weight difference you are talking about is a skid plate, 30lbs will not make a difference.

I have 2 XRC8s with steel cable and they run about 90 lbs each, btw I haven't had any issues with mine. For $300 (what I paid) they are a good winch so far.

Not sure why you're complaining when they are posting in their own vender thread about product they supply.

No, that's the one major flaw in the ARB. Because it's designed to work with the airbag system and crumple zones it doesn't have recovery points. You can still use the stock tow hook although I stongly sugest replacing it with something that doesn't stick down as far or you'd do what I did and bang it off a few rock in Moab and do some minor damage to it:
