For the bumper plastics, Penetrol is my new favorite plastic restorer:

It says it is a paint additive, but if you read the description on the back, it is also for restoring faded fiberglass. I applied it last spring, and it is still going strong after a little less than a year. My rear bumper plastic and the side steps were white as a sheet. They look totally normal now after I put this stuff on.

Anytime I have tried painting my plastics, the stuff just chips or wears off after a short time.

Im gonna try the Penetrol, A lot of Jeep owners have used but I think the discoloration of my bumpers will probably require painting regardless but what the heck...
