argh! I had a optima in the back, and it slid and hit the side and this was the damage! I was shocked to see how thin the plastic was . anyone know of a way to repair this w/o replacing like the whole side ? I was thinking of some kind of plastic type of gluge and throwing another some pastic on top of it to cover it.

Pull the panel, epoxy the broken piece and back it with some fiberglass mat and resin to strengthen the hole. I've done this on door panels when restoring classic Firebirds (major $$$ for the door panel uppers). You can get a fiberglass repair kit @ Kragen or any boat supply store. [/i]

Yea looks like you need the cargo mat, I had one, it was nice.
It it were me, I'd take a gob of the JB weld you knead (The round stuff that is like clay) I'd knead up a wad and shove it in the hole and form it to the panel. Let dry, Then get a scrap piece of vinyl and some JB weld you mix in tubes (More liquidy) mix that up spread on, let harden a bit and press vinyl to it at right time so it imprints the pattern into the repaired section, let dry and buy the Cargo Mat. thanks for the suggestions guys, im gona try and finally buy a mat ... :)
I have the husky mat and love it. It has areas you can cut out if you want to use the track system. It has raised lips around the cut out so if something spills it still won’t get under the liner. I'll take a quick picture of it tomorrow when it sunny out (camera phone sucks in low light) with my bike rack attached to the track system.

*Edit* Here is the husky mat.
