Does anyone have any suggestions to contact NissTec Lifts because I placed an order Friday February 17th and I tryed calling to see how my order is going but no one picks up. Does anyone have a solution, I want the stuff that I ordered but it seems like alot of people have trouble with them.

Ya I've heard, I just want my stuff and I'm worried about how long it will take or them never shipping it out. I just want confirmation that it's actually gonna show up. I need the best best ways to get a hold of them.
How many times have you called them? When I placed my order last month, I was able to talk to them on the phone twice. Maybe I just caught them on a good day, but they should pick up eventually.
Ya I called them over 20 times with then 3 days, but today I got a hold of them. They said everything in my order is ready except one thing which is the radflo 2.5 coilovers that can take 6 to 18 weeks to get to them. I'm hoping it will be less then 6 weeks.
FYI, Nisstec has ZERO control over how long Radflo's take, just like any other distributor, unless they have a set on the shelf to the spec that you want them in (very unlikely). Radflo lead times vary depending on their order backup and also on availability of springs from Eibach. So if there's a backlog from Eibach, it trickles down. Expecting your Radflo's in 6 weeks is a pipe dream, no matter where you order them from. If you want your Radlfo's right now, you should have ordered them a couple months ago, have a little patience.
I'm fine with waiting, I just wanna know that my order will actually come in because I know people were having issues with that
Well I been able to get a hold of them been getting a new guy name Ryan he's nice but new, but I haven't been able to get any news on the 2.5 radflo coilovers, I called radflo to see if they have any orders from nissteclifts in the progress, one of the guys said they don't see anything pending from them, so that's a little strange I would think there would be something happening it's been 3 weeks from my order and I called back nissteclifts and told Ryan that and he said that's strange and he find a answer for me. So I don't know what to do
I ordered in March 2023 and no contact what so ever. Called, Emailed nothing...I will be calling my CC company. Very unprofessional.
Depending on where u live there time is different I call usually around 4pm which is 2pm for them and I usually get a hold of someone recently, just call a few times.
I’m in Raleigh, NC I have called during normal business hours and emailed multiple times. No excuse.
Ya true
If you call them in their time zone not during lunch hours, they always answer. I've never not gotten hold of them around 2-3pm their time.
In there time zone what would be the best time to try and call them.
Oh yeah, if you ordered coilovers you and Nisstec are at the mercy of the coilover manufacturer. Radflos are great but they do take several months to fulfill your order then ship. 18 weeks is standard minimum, it could be more than that.

If you wanted something sooner, Nisstec flagship coilovers are made by Elka. I've had both Radflo and Elkas. Elkas are better by a hair, imo, and they might even have them on hand.

You have to be patient these days for suspension parts. It's not like it used to be.
The problem is if I do decide to wait that long would I even get my stuff.
Welby, Colorado 2-3pm, MDT. so in about an hour to two hours
Ok I'll try
It's possible that Radflo has been able to process your order yet. With Easter Jeep Safari coming up April1st, and King of the Hammers just passed Feb 2-11 a lot of people mod cars around now. A LOT of orders for parts come in around race and offroading events
So what does that mean for me? Is that good or bad news for me
It means you have no choice but to be patient to get what you want. You don't get things quickly when items are made to order. Any other questions you need to forward to Radflo and Nisstec.

If you want something fast, order from a large company like Fox. That's your choice. But they may be backed up too - it's offroad and race season, and the snows are melting and people are getting outdoors more. Good thing is your order is in, bad news is you need to be patient for what you want. Or, figure out if what you want is worth waiting for.

It took over 18 weeks for my radflos to come it too, and I made the same types of calls as you did to both companies. I remember being 5 weeks in and Radflo "didn't see my order" I know how it is. It just takes time.
Did u get ur stuff through nissteclifts that took 18 weeks?

How worried were u for ur stuff, did u ever think u were gonna get it.
I've never heard of Nisstec not filling their orders. They aren't PRG.
So u have always had good luck with Nisstec

Welp, Being that transamerican is now shut down, 4 wheel parts is now in the same boat as the rest of us.
I can also say that being in the specialty NISSAN parts business isn't easy and every one of the nissan parts companies have had their ups and downs. So when you say "everyone else has normal deliveries" I feel that it's a bit over generalized being that 4WP isn't everyone, and ironic being that they dont have their own warehouses anymore and were also far from perfect.
PRG, along with the rest of us have always had a lot going on and has always wanted to make everyone happy.. but have also been out numbered. The same thing happened to me a few years ago, and now it seems to be happening to Nisstec. Rough patches happen, then it's gets figured out.
Imagine being The Guy in a small niche industry and thousands of people expect you to be fast, perfect, no days off and when life circumstances pull you out the the office, people blow up your phone as if the sky is falling?. Fact is, we are all human and many times overworked trying to make it happen.
What do u mean exactly?

R u saying that nissteclifts will be fine after all the problems or do u mean by something else?
I'm saying Nissan owners have demsonstrated time and time again to be unreasonaly demanding, especially during rough patches. I have had many great customers over the years but also many that make make my blood boil. Having a small business in this small little niche is really really honestly extremely hard. We all do the best we can. Nisstec will likely be fine, just like PRG, and me at RR.
again, rough patches happen, and we get through it. but it does take a lot of hard work and some patience by everyone involved.
Ok that's what I thought u were saying. I do agree on what u say

Sure, I was concerned, but they have never not delivered. Radflo isn't a guy in a shop, but they are smaller than larger companies like Fox and King who can fill orders faster. When you order from Nisstec who has to order from Radflo, who makes parts TO ORDER, things take longer than usual.

Anxiety will kill you bro. Chill. If you want to shell out money to get something equivalent, faster, you could gamble on Kings or Fox who have bigger inventories, or ask your Nisstec customer service rep if swapping for Elkas would take less time. But, it's a gamble. You're likely in the same boat either way.
Ik anxiety will, but what's the average time usually it takes for radflo to do a shipment to Nisstec from the order date.

I would expect it no sooner than 126 days
So u think it would take no less then 18 weeks that sucks. Chris said 12 weeks when I called a week and a half ago.
