Ya I've heard, I just want my stuff and I'm worried about how long it will take or them never shipping it out. I just want confirmation that it's actually gonna show up. I need the best best ways to get a hold of them.

Are you hoping for a secret can on a string that runs directly to their employee's ear or something? They have phone/email contact on their site, and that's gonna be your best shot

How many times have you called them? When I placed my order last month, I was able to talk to them on the phone twice. Maybe I just caught them on a good day, but they should pick up eventually.

Ya I called them over 20 times with then 3 days, but today I got a hold of them. They said everything in my order is ready except one thing which is the radflo 2.5 coilovers that can take 6 to 18 weeks to get to them. I'm hoping it will be less then 6 weeks.

I called to place an order for a new Radflo wrench and was able to reach Greg. Not by me asking but by pure chance. Very helpful and informative. Got my wrench in about 8 business days. I think they can be hit or miss when it comes to the phone but in my experience, I have not had them not answer the phone. Also, make sure that they are actually open when you call. They are on mountain time after all. 😁 😁

if you're looking to get your parts in a reasonable amount of time, or actually be able to contact employees there, cancel your order and order from Z1 instead. Nisstec has been running a skeleton crew for the last bit and from the sounds of it theyve bungled every order theyve gotten in the last 9 months

I agree with this advice.

I ordered leaf springs from Nisstec a few months ago and ended up having to dispute the charge on my credit card because they happily took my money and never shipped the parts. No response to calls or emails for weeks so I ordered them elsewhere and got them in less than a week from the other site.

FYI, Nisstec has ZERO control over how long Radflo's take, just like any other distributor, unless they have a set on the shelf to the spec that you want them in (very unlikely). Radflo lead times vary depending on their order backup and also on availability of springs from Eibach. So if there's a backlog from Eibach, it trickles down. Expecting your Radflo's in 6 weeks is a pipe dream, no matter where you order them from. If you want your Radlfo's right now, you should have ordered them a couple months ago, have a little patience.

I'm fine with waiting, I just wanna know that my order will actually come in because I know people were having issues with that

When I ordered my t swap lift from them it took a while, mainly for the radflows to be built and shipped to them. This was a couple years ago but they seemed to be easy contact then. I have tried to call them over the last two weeks and never got an answer or return call. 🤷

I tried calling for 3 weeks, left voice-mails, sent emails, and still no response. I was looking forward to them working on my Xterra during my cross country trip. Forget it, I'll go to Fat Bob's in Utah. They answered their phone.

Well I been able to get a hold of them been getting a new guy name Ryan he's nice but new, but I haven't been able to get any news on the 2.5 radflo coilovers, I called radflo to see if they have any orders from nissteclifts in the progress, one of the guys said they don't see anything pending from them, so that's a little strange I would think there would be something happening it's been 3 weeks from my order and I called back nissteclifts and told Ryan that and he said that's strange and he find a answer for me. So I don't know what to do
