I installed the Spacers and Deaver Mini Pack add-a-leaf yesterday. It took me 4 hours for the first spacer, 1 hour for the second spacer, and 2 hours to do the AAL's Total time including taking the tires on and off was 8 hours.
Not too bad, you learn as you go and it helps to have good tools around. I had air tools and all the wrenches and sockets required, just didn't have a 4lb sledge and had to use a hammer.
Anyhow, it is done.

Before:
Front 34 7/8"
Rear 35 7/8"
After:
Front 37 1/4"
Rear 37 1/2"
Incremental gains:
Front +2 3/8"
Rear +1 5/8"

Before Picture with old tires

Before picture with new 285/75R16 tires

And now with new tires and the PRG set up.

I love the look of the lift. The bigger tires fit better now, they looked stuffed nto the wheel wells before the lift. Even the girlfriend noticed the difference. The guys at the shop where I got the alignment were commenting on the aggressive rugged look of the truck.
I am happy.
Noticed the UCA contact right away.
Won't judge till I go off-road.
