I had a good road trip over the Week End and visited Mrs. Ghost on one of her assignments in the Hotel Industry. The Thread will be split on Abandon Florida which is a good start in getting X Owners intrigued with our Club.

You know No Road , No Problem (AZXterra Club) or the path less taken.

Bartow

Many phosphate mining by Mosaic Corp and many dirt roads. What I like is they are returning these open pit mining in nature retreats and some of these lakes go down 150 ft. Plenty of nature and you got to be careful. snakes and Gators and Bears, O my!

Even Prehistoric Sharks. These Jaws were found during a mining operation.

I spotted at least a 6 foot Gator. She from what I an told had a nest about 75 ft back .:hello2:

For you none Floridians , Do not Pet the Gators, Snakes and Bears. They can all kill you!:salute:

Right down on SR37 Bartow

I found this abandoned Gas station with your handy dandy Liquor Store that advertise "Cold Beer 7 days a Week"

What interesting is the old style Clear Block tiles in front of the Liq. Store.

Burned out a KC light this weekend, but its fixable, no fuse issue.
