I have had a set of DIY sliders sitting around since the winter time and I was planning on having a buddy of mine tack weld them, then I would take them to a local welder and have them finish welded. I didnt want my buddy to fully weld them, as he only has a 110volt welder, but now I havent even talked to him in a couple months, so I dont really want to ask him to take his time off to help me do this, when I am going to have to pay a shop to finish weld them anyway.

Is there anyone on here that lives in the region that has a 220volt welder and is good with it that wouldnt mind helping me out. I would obviously compinsate you for you time. It would just be welding the legs onto the bolt-on brackets, and the slider hoop onto the legs. (the hoop is already welded up), so its not a lot of welding, but I figured a shop might charge me an arm and a leg since it will involve some mocking up.

I'll supply the beer.
