I bought all of the needed items today to Stealth-ify my wheels once the weather warms up enough to do them. Anyway, one question remains that I can't find in any searches.

Does the valve stem need to be taped off?

I've seen in some pictures where it appears that some of you had applied the spray right over top of the valve stem, while in other pictures it appears some had taped it off. What would the pros and cons be of taping verses not taping?

there's two options and i tried both, i taped it off before and it came out decent, if you tape it off properly and get in there, then you're good to go, however, i am a bit nervous messing with the sensor, break one of those and it's 100 bucks, my suggestion, tape it off, take your time, use little pieces if you need too and you're set to go.
