Today, while at the stealership, I had my first free oil change and they installed my door-ding-guards (also for free). I bought the hood deflector while I was there and installed it this afternoon. It was a bit of a pain, but installation was straightforward and it seems secure. For those who would like to know, attachment is via two screws (no drilling) near the front of the hood as well as two clips that attach over supplied anti-scratch tape at the ends of the hood. In all, two phillips screws in the center and two allen head screws on the ends secure it. There is no rattling and it looks pretty good.

I managed to get the deflector for $50 and the door guards were $37 each side.

Air intake is next...

I bought the hood deflector right after purchasing my new X. I agree, it was a very easy thing to put on and it has remained secure. I also bought the window deflectors and installed them myself. The level of difficulty is higher, but they give you templates that make it simple. I was VERY happy when finished.
