Go ahead and drop PMC from the list to give someone else a chance to join in the fun. I have not been able to get a straight answer from him in over 2 weeks. Too much hemming and hawing for my taste.

As the trip is getting close, do you have guidelines for camping, cooking, sharing? Do we do potluck or each for their own or some mix? and does anyone know if campfires are possible this time of year?
Thanks.
Not sure you got an answer on this.

Camping:
Some folks in tents. Some in the back of their rigs. One or two hammocks. Whatever works for you. Spots we stop at Friday and Saturday have room for folks to disperse. Chris usually brings the throne-room. Bring your own wag bags.

Cooking:
Walter will have his killer tri tip one night, I do believe. Other than that, kind of ad hoc/on your own for meals.

Sharing:
Beer, whiskey, bad jokes, firewood, harassing Haynes.

I'm looking for a good deal on tri tip again. I have 9 lbs in the freezer that I'll bring for sure, looking for another 4-5lb chunk to make sure everyone gets some. Maybe I'll add pineapple-teriyaki glazed chicken wings to the mix one of these days. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

@geoexplorer Is there a trail pre-run this year?

I can bring a Bratwurst if I know how many people to serve...
There is 13 on the last list Chris posted, plus Annette is riding with me, but she has her own food (restricted diet). I can stop at Dragers in Los Altos and pick up links if you want to split that up Hank. Tri-tip one night, bratfest the other? :)

^That chart clearly was made prior to Californians ruining IPAs. :vomit:

Now, IPA should be above Octoberfest, maybe even above Hefeweizen.

Speaking of which, where can I find a good Dunkel?
Maybe someone will bring one on this trip ... ;)

A bit delayed on monitoring the thread. In Montana this week taking care of business. Meant to say "Ditmers" on prior post for the brats. As Chris noted, killer place for selection! Dan, updated the count. Think the beer works that way too, correct?

I am not going to be able to make it. I need to track down some electrical gremlins and still haven't gotten a HAM license. I hope you guys have a great time!
