Up for sale is my Overland build. Very cool rig, runs strong and no major problems. Lived most of its life in CA until a year ago when I moved to WA. Lots of money in this build and ready to explore.
Located in Rainier, Washington - about 1 hour south of Seattle and 2 hours north of Portland

Looking to sell but will consider trades. Prefer cash on top but might consider straight trade. A titan swapped frontier would be cool.

119k miles, auto transmission
4x4 with hill descent.
A/C and air conditioner work well
Very cool leather pro-4x seats, hard to find.
Basic titan-swap kit with 4" lift. This extends the front track of the xterra about 3" using the Nissan titan parts. It has way more flex over stock and more comfortable offroad.
Upgraded SPC upper control arms allow more flex
Stock titan lower control arms
Bilstein 5100 shocks
Extended stainless steel brake lines
Extended tie-rods
Front and rear ARB air lockers
Re-geared to 4.10 for larger tires.
Running 285/75/r16 BFG KM3 mud tires with decent tread. Could consider going larger if you wanted.
Shrockworks Front bumper - front skid plate
Shrockworks rock sliders bolted onto the frame - can lift the rig from these.

Offroad gorilla rear diff cover and diff breather extended to taillight.

Pretty great rig, been through Arizona, utah and nevada in it. Has been used like it is supposed to be used but not abused. Paint shows pinstriping from brush and there is a dent in the driver fender but is a solid xterra.
Interior is pretty decent, leather looks good but driver side has a tear I taped closed.
Runs strong and shifts well. If i were to keep it i would probably but on a HD spring to help with the extra weight, you can tell it is lifted when in the corners but nothing to crazy.

Clean WA title under my name in hand.
