My transfer case motor took a dump, dealer wants $1200 for the part. The $160 aftermarket parts all say "automatic transmission", but they look identical to the failed part I have now. 7 pins, same exact housing, everything looks the same. Will the same part work on either auto or man trans?

Manual or auto doesn't matter. I checked the part number (33251-8S011) through nissan parts website and the Xterra/frontier/titan/pathfinder all have the same transfer case and actuator. I've got an OEM one sitting around if you're interested.
