that is a lot of tan...
With the location in Carlsbad near San Diego, likely a military fan. There's Marine Corp base Pendleton and Navy Base Coronado (where SEALs train).
I think I've seen this rig for sale about a year ago on OfferUp too. Pictures were taken at an apartment complex parking lot. So it may have changed hands at least once. Even looks to have the same scratch on the rear right fender that really stood out to me. The tan is also hard to miss..
What bumpers and rear corners are those?

Rear corners appear to have the P&P logo. No idea on the front. Looks custom/DIY to me.

That rear bumper also looks like a P&P bumper, it matches pretty well to the bumper on the website. The front might be an early P&P product, but I don't see it on the website.

I don't hate it actually and I thought I would. It's like an HMMWV. I'm just impressed they got the plastics to match as well.

Good set of mods. Hard to know what kind of life it has had though. For $18k? eh....

Talked to him on FB, the front bumper is Calmini. He also seems to be parting it out via FB, so not likely sold yet.
