I have been looking for a P4X, but no stock tow-package, no care... and the mileage.

I don't trust it!

**EDIT* just read the carfOx report... came from Michigan, not an original FL vehicle. 5 years of MI Winters, frame is salt rust city I bet

The mileage wouldn't scare me, but if its not a southern truck, and you live in florida - I wouldn't bother. You should be able to find a salt free southern rig in the same price range. Trust me, salt free is worth searching for.

It's a $9000 car.
If that is what 9k gets where you live I need to visit you when I buy another car.

And I was wrong in my earlier post. I did not get mine for much cheaper. It was 15k even out the door, taxes and all. Paid cash.

Now I did get mine with tinted windows, volant cai, 5100's front and rear, tow package, window / front hood visors and dura-tracs with good tread. It had 113k miles on it when I pulled off the lot.

I'm just saying it as it is. Just because people overpay dealers doesn't mean that's what the car is worth. I routinely see 2010-2012 Pro4x's with 80-120,000 miles for $9,000-12000. That's what they are actually worth.

A quick autotrader search for 2010+ p4x within 100 miles of Indianapolis, IN and the cheapest one list is 16k with almost 80k miles. Only 9 available total, 30k is the most expensive.

Yes I realize this is not ALL of them for sale in 100 radius of me, but it is a good representation.

I am not trying to fight or say you are wrong, must just be a large variance in regional pricing. Because while I did buy from a dealer, I know that for my region I did not overpay.

I stopped by to look at the truck today. Interior and overall appearance is very clean. A few rock chips on the hood, but nothing major. Underside looks pretty clean as well. Some rust as expected, but overall very clean and rust free with regards to its OG location. Looks like it might have a pinion leak and possibly a transfer case leak, but the underside is not beat up and hardly a scratch on any of the skids/frame.

It has been off-road as evidence oo mud and what not on top of the motor, but with 150k on the clock, the most I could justify spending would be 11-11.5k on it. Fortunately, I'm not in the market, although I wouldn't hesitate at the 150k mileage. Highway miles are much more forgiving than stop and go, assuming all maintenance was performed.
