    I've already attached my canoe to my stock racks that came with my xterra. I'm considering a dyi mod to the racks to add strut channel cross bars or getting a roof basket. Anyone throw a canoe on top of a basket? I'm not finding anything online saying not to do that. Don't want to risk my canoe lol
