1. The AC compressor is driven by the serpentine belt and requires the engine to be running in order to cool.
2. Anything wiring wise is possible but would be a giant hassle, not worth the energy imho.

Moving AC/Heater (or other accessories) to Aux Battery
Has anyone switched the stock accessories over from the terminal on their starter batt to their aux batt? I did a few versions of searches, couldn't find anything explicit. I assume it could be done...somehow. Specifically wondering about AC. A lot of my job is sitting in my rig doing paperwork during or after a site visit. It would be great to let the AC run for a bit with the car off...
Moving the entire relay block lead would move the starter over as well, and I'd also like to leave all the stock lighting on the main battery.
If I'm going to have to rewire the entire relay/fuse block, it's not worth it, but if there's a quick way, I'd love to hear about it.
