hurley842002 I dealt with Nisstec recently, in person, not sure who I worked with, he was okay, not super friendly, but not a jerk or anything, really just seemed like no fu$%s are given around there.

Tony runs Hep's, he's not at Nisstec. Though he contracts through those vendors, I'd still recommend contacting him privately and let him know the circumstances behind why you don't want to go through the vendor. I sent him a message on FB asking about a product and he answered very quickly.

Mr. Bills ^^ This.

Dave makes a great rack.

As much as I like my DepHep drop in roof basket I cannot recommend them as long as Nisstec has the exclusive contract to sell them.

I will not do any further business with Nisstec as long as Steven remains employed there. He lied to me one too many times.

Take a look at Max Gear rack. Might save you a few bucks and headaches.

There are more pix in the build thread at my signature below.

Contact him at [email protected]
His name is Dave. Goes by MaXterra on this site.

I'm really glad that I purchased mine direct, but that was several years ago before Tony contracted with Nisstec to handle sales.

TxNative Yeah I order from Hep years ago directly and he rush delivered a rack to me. Built it in record time so I could get it before I moved. The guy was super awesome. Went way above and beyond. It was in December also!

Dealing with PRG was basically a non-starter for me. Guy never called back, never got a quote... blah blah blah... I called him so many times. No way was I going to give him my money after the 3rd call, but I was super curious if he'd even respond. I've never dealt with Nisstec. I don't doubt the group here. Some people just can't deal with the volume of sales and the business-side of things. Hep was cool though. I give him 11 out of 10 stars.

Drjames84 Don’t do it! We are not exaggerating how bad they are.
