FREE: Some of my 3D Models

This looks like a decent opportunity if you already have a 3D printer. I know I’d buy 3 right now if you sold then.

Edit tried to use ShapeWays to get one printed at the most economical rate, nope nope nope.

I would recommend using a 3D printing service. I used Shapeways a few years ago and I was happy with the quality - it was much better than what I can make at home. I don't think I'll be doing any more batches myself as each one takes more than 7 hours at my glacial pace. I'm out of the (now discontinued) red filament and I only sent the other ones out at cost to use up what was left before it went bad.

Mmac24 Thanks again for the file, this is pretty neat! Everything fit snug. I didn't have black filament, so I used blue for the cap. I got the 4 SS screws from TrueValue for 50 cents each!

Very tempting, but I'm not sure I want to get into flexible filaments just yet.. too much else on my plate for the time being!

They are designed to use 6-32x3/8" button socket screws. You can get them pretty cheap here. Or if you don't want to pay shipping (or have any other hardware you need to buy with it) I found them at the local Ace hardware for about $0.30 each.

You don't need to use stainless, but they don't cost significantly more for such tiny screws.
Thanks for the prompt reply! Using a Makerbot Replicator 2 to print these out , I'll post some pics later!

Thanks. I'm surprised and lucky it ended up so close to a circle.
