whatnext My 08 X is technically my wife's as its registered in her name as she gets a company discount (same for our 2 cars, so I don't own any of the 3 vehicles). Since we are constantly hauling chain saws, brush cutters, bagged mulch and other dirty stuff around, and jumping in and out with dirty boots, can't get picky over minor stuff she keeps in the door bin and center console. We do have to shop vac the X out regularly. The weather tech floor bins also help.

For you folks with small kids and teenagers (nervous twitch here), I feel for you. Come to think of it, shop vacs and floor bins will work for you too (lol). I'll think of you when having a beer that my kids buy for me when I visit them.

Yea.. I'm screwed.

I just can't take clutter and trash. Hence why I have one of those car trash cans and got her a makeup basket.

Funny, I am the exact opposite on this. In 26 days I will have no more teenagers. Nothing used to bother me, now my nerves are shot and everything bothers me.

ccg1018 We needed an adventure vehicle for camping, road trips, room for more than two, etc. that my G35 coupe lacked. My wife was awesome enough to like the X. It's her car, it hurts and I get flustered when she doesn't take old water bottles out, there's sticky soda drops all over the place but ultimately it is her car; and she is my wife who I love, so I end up apologizing for getting so angry. I even let her put a blingy license plate frame on without a peep.

matsonsc My husband leaves orange/banana peels, food wrappers, and open drink bottles in my x. I hate letting him drive it.

Be thankful your woman only leaves makeup containers laying around.

Longboardr What gets me is when she buys something like powdered doughnuts on a road trip. Woman, I've never once seen you eat anything like that in your car...

...and there's only one reason your feet should end up on the dash

XKNUT I married a gal cute enough that she doesn't need makeup. And I'm not OCD.

SwanSmash My wife has her own modded Jeep so I'm good, she never really drives my X.

mikememe I'm OCD about the inside of my X, when I'm around town and not on a trip. If I'm gone for a time, i just know it'll get messy.

BUT, when my girlfriend leaves her trash/random sh*t in the car, it infuriates me. I never leave my stuff in anyones ride.
