Spraying the window channels with silicone helps the motor a lot.

i might need to do this.

but my drivers side window actually falls out of line a little once it gets half way up. i need to push it back and hold my hand on it as i put the window up.

I sold WADE for many years and was always happy with their quality, whenever I had an issue, it was resolved right away.
The problem I had was volume, I couldn't stock enough to warrant the largest discount so we were selling them for like $70.00 a pop, and the amazons of the world came in, and they were selling them for less than I was paying for them.
But they are a great product, MADE IN THE USA as well!

Hey Brian thanks for the info. I received my 2nd set yesterday afternoon. I was in and out between jobs and didn't have a chance to open them yet. I noticed this one was delivered by FedEx, and seems to have less damage to the box compared to UPS. Hopefully they work for me, if they don't I may just go directly to Nissan and buy a set.

Installed the Wade's yesterday afternoon. Super simple and perfect fitment. They feel like they're good quality. Not britle or flimsy whatsoever. I took the advice from here and wiped on a little bit of silicone on the very top edge of the window glass and on the inside of the Wade's themselves as best I could. Now to wait two more days for them to set and the tape to cure until I can roll my windows down. Visually they look sharp on the X. Inchannel definitely is the way to go.

3 year follow up review. Still have my Wade's on. They have been zero maintenance ever since installing. These haven't faded or browned at all. The only thing I will do once a year in the Spring is apply a tiny bit of lubricant to the top of my windows and inside the channels of the Wade's where the window goes up into. On very hot day's (Wisconsin -- anything over 90) there is a bit of restriction when powering the window into the last half inch until its fully up. This is where the lubricant helps ease that.

Overall great product, great price and they look sharp.
nismo9132 and woodness like this.

Has anyone experienced any scratches on their window from these? I used to have a Colorado with in channels that had scratches on the top inch of the window where it would contact the wind deflector

I cleaned everything very well prior to install and these still scratched the hell out of the top of my windows, so I switched to a non-channel version. Definitely doesn't look as good, but they tended to make the window stick a lot on the driver's side so I don't miss that. Some have no problems with them though.
