Myth or Fact - When balancing a tire, the tech should always remove all previous weights clean the goo off the rim and start over.

Myth or Fact - Road Force Balancing is not necessary on large truck tires... even when the customer requests it.

Myth or Fact - Replacing center caps on wheels after service is optional.

Myth or Fact - Any or all of the above items can cause the customer to return to the store and waste their time.

Myth or Fact - Customers who have purchased more than 10 full sets of tires get really annoyed when they receive poor service.
