I will take that off your hands Hank. My brother saw the light and traded in his Montero for a Frontier. He is looking for an extra spare.

I will be bringing this device on our BRD trip.
It is very capable for juicing oranges, lemons and of course limes.
Smart and final sells limes by the 5 lb. bag,
so we should have plenty of fresh margaritas for this desert trip.

You and your pygmy pony?

They'll go well with the mess of Carnitas I'm bringing.

The forecast from the National Weather Service is starting to make this trip look like the usual early April trip.

So, what's the deal for food for dinners? Dan is saying he has a mess of carnitas and Walter is bringing tri-tip. Should I even be planning any of my own dinners or just helping by bringing a bunch of side dishes and trimmings? I will definitely be bringing mixings for margaritas (and beer), but would like to know about shopping for food.

Just so you know, I'll have my buddy Bob as a passenger for this trip. He's been an Xterra owner for a few years now but he'll just be riding with me.

Can't wait to see you all in a couple days. Just wish the forecast was a little nicer.

I am buying food and trimmings with a bias towards mexican.
such as tortillas, chips and salsa, cooked bag of green, red, orange, yellow peppers for fajitas, maybe other mexican themed foodstuffs. YMMV
