The Trailer is coming along. A couple more things to do:

1) Install Tie-down Points in the Bed
2) Weld in two more Mounting Points from the Bed to the Frame on the Rear
3) Paint
4) Rhino-line the Bed
5) Install the Monster of a RTT that is sitting in my garage.

Hopefully it will be done within the next couple weeks.

1) Install Tie-down Points in the Bed (DONE... I used the Original Fender Tabs from the outside of the Box)
2) Weld in two more Mounting Points from the Bed to the Frame on the Rear (DONE)
3) Paint (DONE)
4) Rhino-line the Bed (DONE)
5) Install the Monster of a RTT that is sitting in my garage.
6) Install new Lid Strut Ball Studs as the ones that I bought broke after I welded them in. They looked like they were just pressed into the Brackets and one of them pulled out. Don't trust them now so they will be bolted into place
7) Install Weather Stripping between Lid and Box.

Again, it is just a Trailer, so I will post more pics when it is being used on the next camping trip. Many lessons learned on this below are some but ask if you have questions:

1) Install and Test All Strut Mounts prior to Rhino-lining
2) If you reinforce the Back of the Frame and add a Receiver you may have to cut off the Rear Drain Plug
3) Use a Thick Sealant prior to Paint, (the Primer I used didn't fill in the small Scratches I wanted it to)
4) You will need three people to Assemble and Disassemble a M100 or M416, I did some of it with a Engine Hoist and almost died when a Strap Broke
5) AND MOST IMPORTANT... It will always be more expensive than you initially planned it to be!!!

Makeshift Paint Booth;

Reassembled;

Top notch build right there ... from the paint job, to the forward tilting lid ...
Really great work!

Too bad it's not wandering the hills of Central California.
