Texas-Hooligan's 2011 Xterra S

Purchased 04/27/2019 with 111k miles on the clock. Local, one-owner vehicle with service records. Picked this particular vehicle for the model year and hopefully no worries about SMOD. No major modifications planned as this is my daily driver and around town family hauler. Mainly started this thread just so I can keep track of the small changes I have planned for the Xterra.

Day of Purchase:

Spent most of the day tinkering around with some minor changes.

Repainted the front of the X not including the bumper. Silver pieces might be a little too close to primer gray for my tastes; I'm going to live with it for a few days and see how I like it:

Had to plasti-dip the emblems as I hate anything chrome on my vehicles:

Edging along the roof fairing was breaking off so I pulled the piece and cleaned out all the junk behind it:

Bought some door edge guard for a temporary solution until I can try and locate some factory edging material:

Noticed a puddle under the X while it was running.

Appears to be water dripping out from around the muffler.

Possible leak and time for a new muffler?

Looks like normal drainage of water condensate, probably nothing to worry about there.

Found some $20 neoprene seat covers at Costco today while picking up pool supplies.

The fit is excellent and I'm very pleased. Only wish they had a matching one for the rear seat. I may cut a small slit for each of the two knobs to be exposed, but since those don't get adjusted often I left it as-is for now. Probably going to pick up a spare set and keep them in storage in case these wear out too quick.
