Trouble removing PRG UCA Uniball Adapters

I picked up a used pair of PRG UCA's. I was told they needed to be rebuilt, so I purchased the rebuild kit directly from PRG Products. The issue I am running into is removing the uniball spindle adapter and the spacer on the opposite side. They seem to be frozen in the uniball and the fact that they are round makes it that much more challenging to remove; can't seem to get a good grip on them. Any hints on how to get these out without damaging them?

Use a hydraulic press to push them out I believe

you are talking about the mis-alignment spacers right? I couldn't get them out either without damaging them. I ordered a new set from PRG with the uniballs for $150.
