While there is many options and some more cost effective ways. A good rule of thumb to go by is 3k. Most of it comes from 3 parts. Coilovers, UCA's, and the M205. The little stuff adds up quick. New hardware, diff oil, etc. I believe it cost me $90 just to fill the diff up with the oil I prefer. Another $120 just in new hardware too.

It can vary wildly. My initial cost, since I'm a Pro4X and don't have to worry about a re-gearing, was around $1.6K, M205 and CVs were in that price. However, it was so cheap because I initially went with the Tundra Bilstein setup. If you immediately go with Titan swap Radflos, deduct about $300 from my initial cost and add in about $900 to $1.2K.

used parts man on the big 3 (UCAs, Diff, Coil overs) junk yards around here have 205s for like 100 bucks when you can find them. can easily save over a grand if you look for used deals

Also depending if you regear, I spent 4k but that was front and rear diff, remote rest radflos, spa arms, 4.56 gear and install of the gears with axles out of the truck

Keep in mind, the diff pricing can vary. If you keep your stock diff, you can now source extended R180 axles for a lot cheaper than I have listed. So, either price in the extended axles or deduct those from the total and add your price for a 205 and Titan CVs. That's why I have the diff listed as optional in the lower rows.

As others have said, prices vary wildly depending on the parts you choose.

I spent 3K and stayed with the R180. If you plan on doing a locker add 1K into whatever pricing you come up with.

You'll be better off spending the coin once, IMO.
Parts you'll need:

M205 (Regeared) Anywhere from $1400-$1800 plus a locker (1K) if you want (including purchase gears and labor).
LCA's $200 and up to $1450
CV's $150 and up
UCA's $600 (SPC's)
TRE's Just by Hitachi and forget all the rest $140
Shocks as much or as little you want to spend. (I spent $1350) on Radflo Remote Res 2.5, but the Nisstec version needs stiffer coils so I spent another $200 after the fact.
My suggestion for you, is go with the 2.5" Radflo Non remote res shocks and get the 650 or 700 lb coils. ($1050) (the 2.0's are not beefy enough for your rig)
Cam bolts $50-$60
Extended Brake lines $90.
And something no one seems to add in, and that is Bump Stops so add in another $220 for Timbrens
I also strongly suggest Limit straps ($100)

Then add in fluids 2x's

Honestly, expect 4k, and 5K with a locker. (mind you, the only labor included is the gear install, you get to do the rest)

Everything happens for a reason .... Sometimes the reason is that you're stupid and make bad decisions.
